Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 working hours. In rare cases, such as new launches or limited stock sales, dispatches may take slightly longer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (India Only)
We currently ship Pan India. Order deliveries typically take 3 - 5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
At the Time of Delivery
If you believe your package has been tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, please do not accept the package. Deny the delivery and immediately contact our customer support team on WhatsApp at +91 9274460042 with your Order ID and a photo of the damaged parcel. We will investigate the issue and ensure a replacement is issued at no additional cost.
Payment Methods
We accept payments through all major VISA, MasterCard, Razorpay-enabled debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking. All transactions must be made in INR (Indian Rupee). Applicable taxes are included in the final price displayed at checkout.
Self-Shipping for Returns
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the item. In such cases, please contact our support team first. We will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
