🔁 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Chamkaan

At Chamkaan, we want you to love every piece you receive. However, if something isn't right, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process.

 

 

✅ Return Policy

We offer a 2-day return window** from the date of delivery.
 A ₹80 return & reverse logistics fee will be applicable.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.
  • Embellishments and product conditions must be damage-free.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Return is requested after the 3-day window.
  • Any part of the shipment is missing, including free gifts.
  • The item is used, worn, or tampered.
  • The item is damaged due to misuse.
  • The item was purchased as part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Free or festival offer (store credit only).
  • Items purchased on sale or with a credit note are not eligible.
  • Return is initiated without contacting us first.
  • The security tag attached to the jewellery is broken or missing.

Chamkaan reserves the right to decline a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

 

 

📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. WhatsApp us at +91 9274460042 within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.

⏳ Average response time: Within 24 hours.

 

 

❌ Damage or Missing Product Policy

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will offer a free replacement or store credit based on stock availability.

 

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

We allow product exchanges within 2 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • An ₹80 exchange & logistics fee applies.
  • WhatsApp us on +91 9274460042 to initiate an exchange request.

 

 

🏰 Special Offers & Store Credit

Orders under Buy 1 Get 1 Free or festival offers are non-refundable.
 If defective, we will issue a store credit valid for 3 months.

❌ Order Cancellation

Once an order is shipped (for COD or Prepaid), cancellation is not possible.
 Please review your order carefully before confirming.
